Herdade do Rocim Reserva is a structured, complex and intensely aromatic red wine. It reaches aromatic notes of great quality, highlighting the aromas of ripe black fruits, such as figs and plums, and balsamic notes of vanilla and black pepper. It is a red wine with robust, silky tannins and high-quality acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade do Rocim Reserva is an intensely aromatic red wine with a very interesting complexity. Velvety in its structure, with solid and refined tannins, it holds a rich core full of aromas of ripe black fruit and balsamic notes along with very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
